Delete your online data

Warrior Trail creates an anonymous online account for leaderboards. Deleting it erases from our server: your account, its install ID link, your board name, and all your Daily Trail, Arena and hero-snapshot records. Nothing is kept afterwards, except purchase records that the law requires us to keep. Your game progress on the phone is not touched.

In the game (fastest)

  1. Open Warrior Trail and tap the ⚙ gear on the title screen.
  2. Tap Delete online data. A red confirmation screen opens with a 10-second countdown.
  3. To keep your data, tap CANCEL before the countdown ends. When it reaches 0, your online data is erased automatically. There is no second button to tap.
  4. You'll see “Online data erased”. You need an internet connection for this step. If the game can't reach the server, nothing is erased and you can try again.

By email

If you no longer have the game installed, email support@warriortrail.app with the subject “Delete my Warrior Trail data” and your board name (for example “Hero1a2b”, shown on the leaderboards). We delete it within 30 days and reply when done.

ลบข้อมูลออนไลน์

เกม Warrior Trail สร้างบัญชีออนไลน์แบบไม่ระบุตัวตนเพื่อใช้กับกระดานอันดับ เมื่อผู้ใช้ขอลบข้อมูล บริษัทจะลบข้อมูลต่อไปนี้ออกจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ทั้งหมด ได้แก่ บัญชี รหัสติดตั้งที่ผูกกับบัญชี ชื่อที่แสดงบนกระดานอันดับ ตลอดจนคะแนน Daily Trail อารีน่า และข้อมูลสรุปของฮีโร่ทั้งหมด โดยไม่มีการเก็บสำเนาไว้ ทั้งนี้ ความคืบหน้าในเกมที่จัดเก็บบนอุปกรณ์ของผู้ใช้จะไม่ได้รับผลกระทบ และข้อมูลการซื้ออาจถูกเก็บรักษาไว้ตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด

การลบผ่านเกม (รวดเร็วที่สุด)

  1. เปิดเกม Warrior Trail แล้วแตะไอคอนเฟือง ⚙ ที่หน้าแรก
  2. แตะ ลบข้อมูลออนไลน์ ระบบจะแสดงหน้าจอยืนยันสีแดงพร้อมการนับถอยหลัง 10 วินาที
  3. หากไม่ประสงค์จะลบข้อมูล ให้แตะ ยกเลิก ก่อนการนับถอยหลังสิ้นสุด เมื่อนับถอยหลังครบ 10 วินาที ระบบจะลบข้อมูลออนไลน์โดยอัตโนมัติ โดยไม่ต้องแตะปุ่มอื่นเพิ่มเติม
  4. เมื่อดำเนินการเสร็จ ระบบจะแสดงข้อความ “ลบข้อมูลออนไลน์แล้ว” (ขั้นตอนนี้ต้องเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต) หากเกมไม่สามารถติดต่อเซิร์ฟเวอร์ได้ ระบบจะไม่ลบข้อมูล และผู้ใช้สามารถดำเนินการใหม่อีกครั้งได้

การลบผ่านอีเมล

หากผู้ใช้ไม่ได้ติดตั้งเกมแล้ว โปรดส่งอีเมลถึง support@warriortrail.app โดยระบุหัวข้อ “Delete my Warrior Trail data” พร้อมชื่อที่แสดงบนกระดานอันดับ (เช่น “Hero1a2b”) บริษัทจะดำเนินการลบภายใน 30 วัน และแจ้งผลกลับเมื่อดำเนินการเสร็จสิ้น
