Privacy Policy

Effective 30 October 2026 · applies to the Warrior Trail app for Android and iOS

Warrior Trail is made by Ideractive Agency Co., Ltd. (“Ideractive”, “we”), Thailand, published on Google Play as “Ideractive” and on the Apple App Store. We are responsible for the data described here.

Summary: your progress stays on your device. To show online leaderboards, the game creates an anonymous online account from a random install ID. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location or advertising ID. There are no ads, analytics or tracking tools in this version. You can erase your online data at any time in Settings → Delete online data. This summary is for convenience only; the full policy below applies.

What we collect

Payments are handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store. We never see or store your card or other payment details.

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise or coarse location, or advertising ID. On Android, the game only asks for internet access, network-status access (to know whether you are online), and Google Play billing for purchases. On iOS, it uses internet access and App Store purchases.

How it is protected and shared

Data is sent to our server (api.warriortrail.app) over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties. Board names, scores and hero snapshots are shown to other players inside the game.

How long we keep it

Online data is kept while your account is active. Daily and Arena boards reset on a schedule. If you delete your online data, your account and all its leaderboard records are erased from the server right away. Purchase records may be kept for as long as the law requires (for example, for tax and accounting) and to prevent fraud.

Your choices

Delete online data: in the game, open Settings and tap Delete online data. A 10-second countdown starts. Tap CANCEL during it to keep your data; otherwise your online data is erased when it reaches 0. See this page for other ways.
Delete local progress: Settings → Reset progress, or uninstall the app.
Play offline: the game works without internet; nothing is sent while you are offline.

Children

Warrior Trail is made for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If a future version adds ads or analytics, we will update this policy and the date above before that version is released.

แอปพลิเคชัน Warrior Trail พัฒนาโดย Ideractive Agency Co., Ltd. (“บริษัท” หรือ “เรา”) ประเทศไทย ซึ่งเผยแพร่บน Google Play ในชื่อ “Ideractive” และบน Apple App Store บริษัทเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบต่อข้อมูลตามที่ระบุในนโยบายนี้

สาระสำคัญโดยสรุป: ข้อมูลความคืบหน้าในเกมจัดเก็บไว้บนอุปกรณ์ของผู้ใช้ ในการแสดงกระดานอันดับออนไลน์ เกมจะสร้างบัญชีออนไลน์แบบไม่ระบุตัวตนจากรหัสติดตั้งที่สุ่มขึ้น บริษัทไม่เก็บรวบรวมชื่อ อีเมล รายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ ตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง หรือรหัสโฆษณา เวอร์ชันนี้ไม่มีโฆษณาและไม่มีเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์หรือติดตามผู้ใช้ ผู้ใช้สามารถลบข้อมูลออนไลน์ได้ทุกเมื่อที่เมนู ตั้งค่า → ลบข้อมูลออนไลน์ ทั้งนี้ สรุปนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อความสะดวกเท่านั้น นโยบายฉบับเต็มด้านล่างเป็นฉบับที่มีผลบังคับ

การรักษาความปลอดภัยและการเปิดเผยข้อมูล

ข้อมูลจะถูกส่งไปยังเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของบริษัท (api.warriortrail.app) ผ่านการเชื่อมต่อ HTTPS ที่มีการเข้ารหัส บริษัทไม่ขายข้อมูลและไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่บุคคลภายนอก ทั้งนี้ ชื่อบนกระดานอันดับ คะแนน และข้อมูลสรุปของฮีโร่จะแสดงต่อผู้เล่นอื่นภายในเกม

ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

บริษัทเก็บรักษาข้อมูลออนไลน์ไว้ตราบเท่าที่บัญชียังมีการใช้งาน กระดานอันดับรายวันและอารีน่าจะรีเซ็ตตามรอบที่กำหนด หากผู้ใช้ลบข้อมูลออนไลน์ บัญชีและคะแนนทั้งหมดจะถูกลบออกจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ทันที ทั้งนี้ บริษัทอาจเก็บรักษาข้อมูลการซื้อไว้ตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด (เช่น เพื่อการภาษีและการบัญชี) และเพื่อป้องกันการทุจริต

สิทธิของผู้ใช้

การลบข้อมูลออนไลน์: เปิดเมนูตั้งค่าในเกม แล้วแตะ ลบข้อมูลออนไลน์ ระบบจะนับถอยหลัง 10 วินาที ผู้ใช้สามารถแตะ ยกเลิก ระหว่างการนับถอยหลังเพื่อคงข้อมูลไว้ มิฉะนั้นระบบจะลบข้อมูลออนไลน์เมื่อนับถอยหลังครบ หรือดูช่องทางอื่นได้ที่หน้านี้
การลบความคืบหน้าในอุปกรณ์: เมนูตั้งค่า → รีเซ็ตความคืบหน้า หรือถอนการติดตั้งแอปพลิเคชัน
การเล่นแบบออฟไลน์: เกมสามารถเล่นได้โดยไม่ต้องเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต และจะไม่มีการส่งข้อมูลใด ๆ ระหว่างที่ออฟไลน์

ผู้เยาว์

Warrior Trail ออกแบบสำหรับผู้เล่นที่มีอายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป บริษัทไม่มีเจตนาเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของเด็ก

การแก้ไขนโยบาย

หากเวอร์ชันถัดไปมีการเพิ่มโฆษณาหรือเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ บริษัทจะปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้และวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ข้างต้นก่อนเผยแพร่เวอร์ชันดังกล่าว
