Terms of Service

Effective 30 October 2026

Summary: Warrior Trail is a free game. Players must not cheat or attack our servers. The game is provided “as is”: features, boards and items can change or end, and our liability is limited as far as the law allows. This summary is for convenience only; the full Terms below apply.

1. Who we are and agreeing to these terms

Warrior Trail (the “Game”) is made by Ideractive Agency Co., Ltd., Thailand (“Ideractive”, “we”, “us”), and published on Google Play as “Ideractive” and on the Apple App Store. By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

2. Who can play

The Game is meant for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian, and they accept these Terms for you.

3. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game on your own devices for non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, or modify, hack or reverse-engineer the Game or its network traffic;
interfere with, overload or attack our servers, or access other players' data;
sell, rent or commercially exploit the Game, your account or any in-game items;
use the Game in any way that breaks the law.

4. Online features

Leaderboards, the Arena and other online features use an anonymous account (see the Privacy Policy). If we reasonably believe an account breaks these Terms, we may reset boards, remove its records, or suspend or delete it, without prior notice and without compensation.

5. Virtual items

Coins, gems, gear, sprites and other in-game items (“Virtual Items”), whether earned or bought, are a limited licence to use inside the Game only. They are not property and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or sold. We may change, rebalance or remove Virtual Items as the Game develops.

If the Game offers purchases, Google Play or the App Store processes them under its own terms. Refunds follow that store's refund policy and applicable law. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final.

6. Changes and ending the Game

We may update, change, suspend or stop the Game or any part of it, including online features, at any time, with or without notice. We have no duty to keep the Game, its servers or any content available.

Your game progress is stored on your device. It may be lost if you uninstall the Game, clear its data or change devices, and we cannot restore it.

7. Content and ownership

The Game and its art, code, text and other content are owned by Ideractive or its licensors (see Credits in the Game). These Terms do not give you any ownership rights.

8. Third-party services

The Game may rely on third-party services, such as Google Play and the App Store now, and advertising or payment providers in future versions. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for them.

9. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game is fit for a particular purpose or accurate. We also do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or data loss.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ideractive and its directors, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game or your inability to use it. This includes any loss of data, game progress, Virtual Items, profits or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to what you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim, or THB 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Ending your use

You can stop playing at any time by uninstalling the Game. You can delete your online data as described on the delete-account page. We may end your licence if you break these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep playing after it takes effect, you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to use its own laws or courts. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

The Thai text below is provided for convenience. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ

มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 30 ตุลาคม 2026

สาระสำคัญโดยสรุป: Warrior Trail เป็นเกมที่ให้บริการโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ผู้ใช้ต้องไม่กระทำการโกงหรือโจมตีระบบเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของบริษัท เกมให้บริการ “ตามสภาพ” ฟีเจอร์ กระดานอันดับ และไอเทมอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยุติได้ และความรับผิดของบริษัทจำกัดเพียงเท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ทั้งนี้ สรุปนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อความสะดวกเท่านั้น ข้อกำหนดฉบับเต็มด้านล่างเป็นฉบับที่มีผลบังคับ

1. ผู้ให้บริการและการยอมรับข้อกำหนด

เกม Warrior Trail (“เกม”) พัฒนาโดย Ideractive Agency Co., Ltd. ประเทศไทย (“บริษัท”) และเผยแพร่บน Google Play ในชื่อ “Ideractive” และบน Apple App Store การดาวน์โหลดหรือการเล่นเกมถือว่าผู้ใช้ยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว หากผู้ใช้ไม่ยอมรับ โปรดงดใช้งานเกม

2. คุณสมบัติของผู้ใช้

เกมนี้จัดทำขึ้นสำหรับผู้ใช้ที่มีอายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป หากผู้ใช้ยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะตามกฎหมายของถิ่นที่อยู่ ผู้ใช้ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองหรือผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรมก่อน และให้ถือว่าผู้ปกครองหรือผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรมเป็นผู้ยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้แทนผู้ใช้

3. สิทธิในการใช้งาน

บริษัทอนุญาตให้ผู้ใช้ใช้งานเกมบนอุปกรณ์ของตนเพื่อความบันเทิงที่มิใช่เชิงพาณิชย์ โดยสิทธิดังกล่าวเป็นสิทธิเฉพาะตัว ไม่ใช่สิทธิแต่เพียงผู้เดียว ไม่สามารถโอนได้ และบริษัทอาจเพิกถอนได้ ผู้ใช้ต้องไม่กระทำการดังต่อไปนี้

โกง ใช้โปรแกรมอัตโนมัติ (บอท) แสวงหาประโยชน์จากข้อผิดพลาดของระบบ หรือดัดแปลง เจาะระบบ หรือทำวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับเกมหรือการรับส่งข้อมูลของเกม
รบกวน โจมตี หรือทำให้เซิร์ฟเวอร์ของบริษัทรับภาระเกินสมควร หรือเข้าถึงข้อมูลของผู้ใช้รายอื่น
ขาย ให้เช่า หรือแสวงหาประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์จากเกม บัญชี หรือไอเทมภายในเกม
ใช้งานเกมในลักษณะที่ขัดต่อกฎหมาย

4. ฟีเจอร์ออนไลน์

กระดานอันดับ อารีน่า และฟีเจอร์ออนไลน์อื่นใช้บัญชีแบบไม่ระบุตัวตน (โปรดดูนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว) หากบริษัทมีเหตุอันสมควรเชื่อว่าบัญชีใดฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดนี้ บริษัทอาจรีเซ็ตกระดานอันดับ ลบคะแนนของบัญชีดังกล่าว หรือระงับหรือลบบัญชีนั้น โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าและไม่มีการชดเชยใด ๆ

5. ไอเทมเสมือน

เหรียญ เพชร อุปกรณ์ ภูติ และไอเทมอื่นภายในเกม (“ไอเทมเสมือน”) ไม่ว่าได้มาจากการเล่นหรือจากการซื้อ เป็นเพียงสิทธิในการใช้งานภายในเกมเท่านั้น ไอเทมเสมือนมิใช่ทรัพย์สินและไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินตามความเป็นจริง จึงไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงิน โอน หรือจำหน่ายได้ บริษัทอาจเปลี่ยนแปลง ปรับสมดุล หรือยกเลิกไอเทมเสมือนได้ตามการพัฒนาเกม

หากเกมมีการจำหน่ายสินค้าภายในแอป การชำระเงินจะดำเนินการผ่าน Google Play หรือ App Store ตามข้อกำหนดของผู้ให้บริการนั้น การคืนเงินให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของผู้ให้บริการดังกล่าวและกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ เว้นแต่กฎหมายจะกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น การซื้อทุกรายการถือเป็นที่สุด

6. การเปลี่ยนแปลงและการยุติการให้บริการ

บริษัทอาจปรับปรุง เปลี่ยนแปลง ระงับ หรือยุติการให้บริการเกมหรือส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดของเกม รวมถึงฟีเจอร์ออนไลน์ ได้ทุกเมื่อ ไม่ว่าจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าหรือไม่ก็ตาม บริษัทไม่มีหน้าที่ต้องให้บริการเกม เซิร์ฟเวอร์ หรือเนื้อหาใดต่อไป

ข้อมูลความคืบหน้าในเกมจัดเก็บไว้บนอุปกรณ์ของผู้ใช้ ข้อมูลดังกล่าวอาจสูญหายหากผู้ใช้ถอนการติดตั้งเกม ล้างข้อมูลแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ และบริษัทไม่สามารถกู้คืนข้อมูลให้ได้

7. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

เกม ตลอดจนภาพ โค้ด ข้อความ และเนื้อหาอื่นทั้งหมด เป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของบริษัทหรือผู้อนุญาตให้ใช้สิทธิ (โปรดดูรายชื่อในหน้า Credits ภายในเกม) ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่ได้โอนกรรมสิทธิ์ใด ๆ ให้แก่ผู้ใช้

8. บริการของบุคคลภายนอก

เกมอาจใช้บริการของบุคคลภายนอก เช่น Google Play และ App Store ในปัจจุบัน และผู้ให้บริการโฆษณาหรือการชำระเงินในเวอร์ชันถัดไป บริการดังกล่าวอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของผู้ให้บริการนั้น และบริษัทไม่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อบริการเหล่านั้น

9. การไม่รับประกัน

ภายในขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เกมให้บริการ “ตามสภาพ” และ “ตามที่มีให้บริการ” โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใด ๆ ทั้งโดยชัดแจ้งและโดยปริยาย บริษัทไม่รับประกันว่าเกมจะเหมาะสมกับวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะใด หรือมีความถูกต้องแม่นยำ และไม่รับประกันว่าเกมจะทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ปลอดภัย หรือปราศจากข้อผิดพลาดหรือการสูญหายของข้อมูล

10. การจำกัดความรับผิด

ภายในขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต บริษัท รวมถึงกรรมการ พนักงาน และคู่ค้าของบริษัท ไม่ต้องรับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายโดยบังเอิญ ความเสียหายพิเศษ ความเสียหายต่อเนื่อง หรือค่าเสียหายเชิงลงโทษ อันเกิดจากการใช้งานหรือการไม่สามารถใช้งานเกมได้ ซึ่งรวมถึงการสูญหายของข้อมูล ความคืบหน้าในเกม ไอเทมเสมือน กำไร หรือชื่อเสียง

ความรับผิดทั้งหมดของบริษัทต่อข้อเรียกร้องใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับเกม จำกัดไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่ผู้ใช้ได้ชำระให้แก่บริษัทสำหรับเกมในระยะเวลา 12 เดือนก่อนเกิดข้อเรียกร้อง หรือไม่เกิน 100 บาทในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้ไม่ได้ชำระเงิน ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่จำกัดความรับผิดหรือสิทธิของผู้บริโภคใดที่กฎหมายห้ามมิให้จำกัดหรือยกเว้น

11. การสิ้นสุดการใช้งาน

ผู้ใช้สามารถเลิกใช้งานเกมได้ทุกเมื่อโดยการถอนการติดตั้งเกม และสามารถลบข้อมูลออนไลน์ได้ตามวิธีที่ระบุในหน้าการลบข้อมูล บริษัทอาจยุติสิทธิการใช้งานของผู้ใช้หากผู้ใช้ฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดนี้

12. การแก้ไขข้อกำหนด

บริษัทอาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว โดยจะประกาศฉบับแก้ไขไว้ที่หน้านี้พร้อมวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ใหม่ หากผู้ใช้ยังคงใช้งานเกมหลังวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ ให้ถือว่าผู้ใช้ยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับแก้ไขแล้ว

13. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับและตีความตามกฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย และให้ศาลไทยมีเขตอำนาจในการพิจารณาข้อพิพาท เว้นแต่กฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคของประเทศที่ผู้ใช้มีถิ่นที่อยู่จะให้สิทธิแก่ผู้ใช้ในการใช้กฎหมายหรือศาลของประเทศนั้น หากข้อกำหนดข้อใดไม่สามารถใช้บังคับได้ ข้อกำหนดส่วนที่เหลือยังคงมีผลใช้บังคับต่อไป

ข้อกำหนดฉบับภาษาไทยนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อความสะดวก หากเนื้อหาของฉบับภาษาไทยและฉบับภาษาอังกฤษขัดหรือแย้งกัน ให้ถือตามฉบับภาษาอังกฤษภายในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต
